How long will the account verification process take?

After you have submitted all the required information, the verification process may take between 3 to 7 business days. We aim to complete all account verification requests as quickly as possible.

The timeframe mentioned above depends on all submitted documents meeting the necessary criteria.

Please ensure that you provide the correct documentation to avoid any delays in your account verification process.

The following documents are required to verify your account:

  • Valid ID
  • Selfie (a photo of yourself)
  • Proof of address (not older than 3 months)
  • Bank statement (not older than 3 months)

Make sure that your documentation is:

  • Clear and legible
  • Within the acceptable timeframe

You will not be able to redeem prizes until your account has been verified.

Once we have received all the required documentation from you, the verification process will begin. You will be notified of your account status upon successful completion of the process.
