Player Safety Policy

Player Safety Policy

We believe that gaming should be both fun and safe. To ensure that our players have a secure and enjoyable experience, we've introduced account options that promote responsible gaming. We are continuously working on improving our existing tools and adding new options, such as purchase limits. You can learn more about our commitment to responsible gaming by reading our full Player Safety Policy, available here:

Here are the available options:

1. Account Time-Out

If you feel like you need to take a break from our games, you can request a Time-Out of your Account by simply opening a ticket on our customer support portal and selecting the
"Player Safety Policy" and then choosing the “Taking A break” option under “Player Safety Policy Tool”

An Account Time-out can last anywhere from Two (2) Days to Thirty (30) Days.

When the chosen Time-out period has elapsed, your account will become accessible once again.

During the Time-out period:

  • You will be temporarily suspending your account and will not be able to reactivate it until the selected time period expires.

  • You will not be able to login to yaycasino.com, play any games or make purchases.

  • You will not receive any emails or communications from yaycasino.com

2. Self-exclusion

You may self-exclude by opening a ticket on our customer support portal at and selecting the "Player Safety Policy" option and then choosing the
Self Exclusion” option under “Player Safety Policy Tool”

Self-exclusion is a voluntary and confidential program that gives you the opportunity to take a break from your account for a longer period of time. During this period, you will not be able to access your account.
This means that we will use our best efforts to prevent you from opening or reopening an account with us and you will not be permitted to win prizes.

Self-exclusion must last a minimum of 6 months. Once we have received the signed form, we will perform the requested actions on your account, and you will be unable to access this account during the

prescribed amount of time. It cannot be canceled or changed in any way.

During the Self-Exclusion period:

  • You will be suspending your account and will not be able to reactivate it until the selected time period expires.

  • You will not be able to login to yaycasino.com, play any games or make purchases.

  • You will not receive any emails or communications from yaycasino.com.
